They work across a wide range of construction projects and have developed a solid, professional reputation. They’re looking to recruit a high calibre Project Manager to join them on a £33m commercial refurbishment (including cut & carve & fit out) for a global brand in Covent Garden. Duties will include overseeing all areas of day to day site activity through to completion. Their ideal candidates will already possess: * A minimum of 10 years industry experience. * Experience of being No.1 on medium to large scale construction projects from groundworks through to completion. * Previous experience as Project Manager with main contractors. * Some cut & carve / structural alterations experience would be an advantage. * Relevant industry qualifications In the return for the above, our client will offer a competitive salary, negotiable on level of experience.
