Class 2 driver

Job Title: Class 2 Driver Location: Lye, West Midlands Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Logistics, Procurement, Distribution and Supply Chain Salary: £11.44 - £17.00 Per hour Benefits: Overtime available paid at time and a half 25days annual leave, plus bank holidays Profit share Pallet bonus scheme Job Duties: Ensure load is safe and secure loaded in appropriate order for drops Carry out vehicle maintenance checks and ensure vehicle is roadworthy On completion of drops return to the service centre as soon as possible to make yourself available for other work Work to systems and procedures so that material is off-loaded and distributed in the most efficent and cost effective way Work in a safe manner, always adhering to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and Safe Work Practices Undertake all tasks with a customer service, 'can do' attitude and contribute to improving the performance of the business and the profit share pot Required Qualifications: Valid Class 2 driving licence, CPC and Did card Experience: Prior experience as a Class 2 driver preferred Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of road safety regulations Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Deliver great customer service Working Conditions: Hours of work are Monday to Friday 06.30-15.30 but responable overtime will be expected on occasions and is paid at time and a half
