Early years leadership role

Teacher Active is proud to be working with an excellent Derbyshire School that is looking for a passionate and driven Early Years Phase Leader that has leadership experience, or is looking to take the next step in their career. The successful Phase Leader will be expected to undertake all the usual professional duties of a teacher as well as assisting the Senior Leadership Team and Head of School in developing and managing the Early Years of the school whilst demonstrating the ethos, commitments and policies of the school. You'd be expected to drive and maintain the ethos and foundations of the school through personal conduct and effective relationships with both staff and pupils.
