Scientific Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Writing articles, case studies, and blog posts that explain scientific concepts in an accessible manner. Developing copy for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations tailored to scientific services and projects. Crafting website copy that effectively communicates our company’s scientific expertise and value propositions. Supporting the development of brand messaging that resonates with scientific audiences, highlighting innovation, credibility, and expertise. Assisting in creating taglines and slogans that encapsulate our company’s scientific mission and values. Reviewing and editing scientific content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Ensuring that all written materials adhere to relevant style guides and regulatory requirements. Supporting the implementation of digital strategies to improve the online visibility of scientific content. Managing social media channels. Working closely with the Business Development team and employees from Comac Medical to gather information and ensure content accuracy. Collaborating with the Comac Medical graphic designer to create visually appealing scientific materials. Supporting the planning of conference objectives, themes, and formats. Assisting in selecting and securing venues suitable for scientific presentations and networking. Helping develop the conference agenda, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and poster sessions. Communicating with attendees regarding registration, schedules, and conference updates. Coordinating with exhibitors, including booth setup and logistics. Collecting feedback from attendees to evaluate the conference's success and identify areas for improvement. Preparing and distributing post-conference reports and proceedings.
