Senior Site Manager

The company are expanding and are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to join this amazing organisation that are ideally from a house building background. It is important to have experience of managing teams, being responsible for new sites from start to finish and setting your own build programs. People management, strong communication skills as well as Health and Safety/Quality Assurance procedures are key for this position. This role will report directly into the Construction Director. This role requires a creative yet practical approach to building homes that are both energy efficient and cost-effective as the developments are timber-frame, carbon neutral bespoke schemes The role is offering a market comparable salary along with a benefits package that incorporates a bonus and car allowance, plus future progression to senior roles.
