Behaviour Mentor – SEMH School – All-through – Merton - £85 to £95 per day – Starting ASAP – Full time * Behaviour Mentor required for SEMH School in Merton. * Behaviour Mentor experienced with challenging behaviour. * Behaviour Mentor with strong behaviour management skills required. * Experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment is ideal, or experience working with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role – Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be mentoring students aged 5 – 16, with varying SEMH needs, including: ADHD, trauma, speech, language and communication needs. You will equipping pupils with important life skills to succeed. You will be working with challenging behaviour; therefore, previous mentoring experience is crucial. Also, coaching experience within a sports background is also welcome. The School – Behaviour Mentor This SEMH School is rated Good in a 2018 Ofsted inspection, and is based in Merton.
