Service Desk Analyst – 2nd/3rd Line Support I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Supply Chain Organisation in Surrey for a Service Desk Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. We are essentially seeking a Service Support Agent (2nd/3rd line support) to be the interface between the business and the IT department. To take ownership, logs & co-ordinate all computer hardware & software related queries & requests from the group. Where possible will answer queries directly, or co-ordinate the incident/problem determination and resolution with other teams and communicate status updates back to the originating user. You will perform a broad range of technical and professional work activities in the area of logging and resolving technical issues with laptops, PCs and handheld devices. We are looking to engage with a 2nd/3rd Line Support Agent with the following: Has some knowledge of the majority of the software products or platforms used. With more extensive knowledge of at least one of the supported products. (Win7, Win10, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, O365, Microsoft Exchange) Has experience using Active Directory and a ticket and phone call management system Has good interpersonal skills. Is well organised and practical with a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving. Pays careful, close attention to detail.
