Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in London. My client is an award winning, commercial landscape design and build company. Working with Tier 1 clients across London and the Home Counties. Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Health & Safety (H&S): 1. Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS): 2. Communications and Discipline: o Enforce compliance with H&S requirements, including following safe systems of works, method statements, best practices and PPE use, by providing daily toolbox talks, issuing verbal warnings and escalating to issuing of yellow and red cards for non-compliance. 3. Friday Packs: o Assist the PM by completing and collecting any documentation required for creation of weekly H&S reports (Friday packs). 4. Accident Book Reports Time Management: 1. Subcontractor Coordination: o Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure they are adequately resourced with materials and labour, and that they are delivering their work in a safe and timely manner. Quality Assurance: 1. Snagging Lists Communications: 1. Client Meetings and DABS Attendance Logistics & Deliveries: 1. Booking Deliveries into Site: 2. Delivery Coordination and Information Sharing: 3. High-Risk Delivery Inspections: Equipment and Machinery Oversight 1. Maintenance Scheduling and Safety Checks Environmental Compliance 1. Sustainability and Waste Management: 2.
