FCU Service Engineer

What youll be doing: Servicing of fan coil units across a portfolio of prime residential properties. Carrying out yearly heating, ventilation, air cooling and water temperatures checks and identifying repairs during servicing. Logging all results within same day of the servicing being completed and advise clients when updates are complete. Logging all defects and repairs and reporting back to the site supervisor. General plumbing repairs. Updating management so adequate stocks of materials can be maintained and identify requirements for critical spares. Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation. Deliver a first-class service to all our customers and clients. Must - Haves Plumbing or HVAC qualifications. Proven experience in working in the plumbing or HVAC industry. Experience in undertaking maintenance activities,within a complex residential, multi-building environment. Exceptional customer care.
