About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Step in during the absence of the class teacher to manage and deliver pre-prepared lessons. Work with students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. Ensure students remain focused and complete the tasks set for the lesson. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Provide support and guidance where needed to help students succeed. All work will be left and planned for you in advance. Your role is to deliver the set tasks and ensure a smooth learning experience for students. Requirements: Previous experience working in secondary schools is essential. Ability to manage and supervise students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A flexible, proactive approach to working in different schools.
