Quality Inspector

Role: Quality Inspector

Hours: Monday-Thursday 06:00am 16:00pm and Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm, 48 hours a week.

Interviews will be held on site, you must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products and assemblies
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met
• Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
• Collect and analyse data to identify trends or patterns in product quality
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Must be able to read and interpreted engineers drawing
