About the role: Supply Teaching Assistant: Are you looking for a flexible, rewarding role in education? Join us as a Supply Teaching Assistant and work with a variety of welcoming, well-resourced schools in Ealing. You’ll be making a real difference, supporting students across Reception, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 who need that extra boost in their learning, whether through boosters and interventions or providing SEN support. Application Requirements: • Previous experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting (experience with SEN students is highly beneficial). • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification (desirable but not essential). • A valid Enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to apply for one. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and collaborate with staff. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 support for SEN students or work with small groups to deliver tailored learning interventions. • Help students thrive academically and socially, fostering their confidence and independence. • Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to adapt lessons to meet individual needs. • You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
