Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) – Lincoln Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD)? We are looking for an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead our clients 3-bed home in Lincoln, with exciting plans for future expansion. Location: Lincoln Salary: Starting at £55,000 + bonus, with progression to £60,000 as the role evolves into dual home management. Requirements: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it). * Proven experience in managing a children’s residential home, with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations. * Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting young people with EBD. * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
