Key Responsibilities: Lead the Front of House and Kitchen : Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and that the kitchen runs efficiently. Operational Excellence : Maintain strong operational control, hitting store KPIs, minimizing waste, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Team Development : Recruit, train, coach, and develop a motivated, high-performing front of house and kitchen team. Health & Safety : Ensure all Health & Food Safety regulations are strictly followed, maintaining the highest standards in both kitchen and front of house operations. Team Coordination : Organize and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure smooth operations and a motivated team. What Were Looking For: Experience : A few months of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen, ideally in a high-volume environment. But more than experience, we value the right attitude and the willingness to dive in and get things done. Operational Strength : Someone who can effectively manage kitchen operations, keep waste to a minimum, and hit performance targets. Team Player : A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit, especially when things get busy. Enthusiastic Personality : Were looking for someone friendly, outgoing, and full of energy.
