Travel Consultant - Luxury Cruises (Hybrid, 2 days in)  Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum + Comm OTE £50k - £60kWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic high-end Cruise Specialist to join one of UK’s leading multi-award winning travel brands. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a passion for selling cruising, particularly within the luxury segment, and a deep knowledge of popular cruise destinations. The role will be responsible for offering a seamless, personalised service, expert advice, exceptional customer service, ensuring the customers receive a memorable cruise experiences. Knowledge of GDS is essential, as you will also handle flight bookings associated with the luxury cruise packages.Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences and needs, offering expert advice on luxury cruise options and itineraries.Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to booking, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for every client.Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, and other high-end brands.Stay informed about new cruise offerings, destinations, and trends within the luxury cruise market to provide up-to-date information to clients.Utilise the Galileo GDS system for flight bookings and manage complex itineraries, including pre- and post-cruise stays.Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for all cruise and travel components, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Manage post-booking support, including amendments, cancellations, and additional requests to ensure client satisfaction.Now Let’s Talk About You!Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling luxury cruises, preferably within a travel agency, tour operator or online travel company.Experience of using a GDS is essentialStrong knowledge of luxury cruise products and destinations, with a proven ability to match clients to the right experiences.Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value bookings.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client needs and bookings are handled efficiently.Passionate about travel and cruising, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clients.Benefits & Perks:Basic salary £18,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus commission, OTE £50k - £60kAccess to exclusive travel discounts, educational trips, and familiarisation cruises.Private health insurance.Hybrid working, 2 days in, 3 days from homeRegular team events, including an annual Christmas party and summer gatherings.Sounds like you? if so, we'd love to hear from you!Important, Please Note: It is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based role who does not have permission to live and work in the UK.
