What Youll Be Doing: Service, repair, and overhaul heavy mobile plant equipment, specifically pavers and rollers. Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. Install the latest software updates to keep equipment running at optimal performance. Order parts as needed to keep everything running smoothly, minimizing downtime. What Were Looking For: Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience in construction or heavy plant machinery maintenance and repair. Experience with road machinery (pavers and rollers) is a plus, but not essential. Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics. Flexibility to work overtime when required and handle occasional call-outs. Possess your own tools for the role. Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Whats In It for You?
