Growth Manager – Ancillaries

Circa £50,000 DOE, £1,000 flex allowance, up to 15% bonus + benefits

This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.

What is the role?

As Growth Manager – Ancillaries this role is pivotal for the growth and success of London Gatwick's commercial ancillary products, to maximise the income opportunity and deliver great customer service and experience. This role covers a broad range of ancillary products across Fast Track Security, Fast Track Passport Control, Airport Lounges, Hotel, Car Hire, Flight Search, as well as at-destinations services and 3rd party e-commerce products. 

What will you do?

  • Develop and deliver product growth strategies for ancillary products.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of new product launches and income opportunities.
  • Optimise the overall customer journey from purchase through to fulfilment.
  • Lead product development and merchandising initiatives to maximise uptake rates and average transaction value.
  • Monitor and effectively report on a set of performance KPIs regularly to finance and commercial stakeholders.
  • Establish new B2B distribution channels and secondary ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Proactively spot performance trends and derive actionable insights from customer research and feedback.
  • Manage contracts with 3rd party providers, negotiating good outcomes for London Gatwick.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Experience developing strategic plans to deliver business objectives and income growth targets
  • Experience in managing and negotiating contracts with commercial awareness
  • Experience in similar growth or performance management role.
  • Able to develop budgets and track against performance targets.
  • Strong communicator internally and externally, able to present performance data and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of being able to develop go to market product plans to support effective end to end execution of new product launches.
