Job Title: Network Engineer - Security Clearance required Location: London Contract type: 12 Month Contract (Outside IR35) About Us: Concept Project Services team is expanding and looking for experienced Network Engineers in London on a 12 month contract basis. Our engineers work across various industries and with a diverse range of clients within the IT/Networking sector completing installation and deployment works on a flexible basis. Position Overview: You will be working on various client sites, in collaboration with the clients PM's to deliver projects on time and above customer expectation. You will be working closely with support teams and other functions to ensure seamless integration of project work. The successful engineer will be undertaking a range of equipment installations and configuration activities for complex or high business impact solutions along with: Performing infrastructure surveys, wired and wireless. Perform technical refresh of network hardware and cabling. Configuring core infrastructure components eg Switches, Routers, Firewalls, load balancers, voice systems etc. Performing impact assessments on large or complex networks. Performing testing to pre-determined plans and analyse results. Rate Information: Competitive Rates: Negotiable based on experience (Outside IR35). Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: Undertaken other Network Engineering roles for at least 2 years min. Have demonstrable experience of configuring Network systems, switching, routing, Firewalling, load balancing and voice. Will typically be qualified to Cisco CCNA level or vendor equivalent accreditation's Will be able to demonstrate knowledge of networks including network security, virtual private networking (VPN) converged networks and broadband technologies. Will have the ability to install, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Voice network Infrastructures for enterprise organisations. Understand racking, cabling and containment systems and standards. Will be aware of Company values and demonstrate adherence to them Hold relevant Security Clearance required Additional Information: This role falls outside IR35 regulations, so payment will be processed through your own LTD company or via umbrella company.
