What is an talent acquisition coordinator? As part of our operations function, you’ll be involved in the attraction, selection and onboarding of graduates into Rockborne. You’ll build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and help identify the right talent for the company. Who are we looking for? Experience of campus and graduate recruitment would be a plus but ultimately we are looking for someone with natural ability and an eagerness to build their career in recruitment. You’ll need to be personable, easy to talk to and be super organised.
