This is a 1 year fixed term maternity cover contract.
The Pan London Rough Sleeping services provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. We are currently looking for a Service Manager to oversee our Spring Gardens Staging Post, based in Hither Green.
You will provide line management and motivational support to a high performing team and liaise with partner agencies to build and maintain effective relationships to support effective service delivery.
This post requires a motivated and passionate manager to lead, support and manage a team across the project. You will be responsible for working closely with outreach teams, local authorities, other housing providers, landlords and charities to identify and improve pathways out of rough sleeping.
About you
We are looking for an exceptional, dynamic and creative individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate with a wide range of partners and external audiences, operate in a fast paced environment and be passionate to the overall aims and objectives of No Second Night Out.
