Location: Cranbrook, Kent Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum Benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, onsite parking, pension scheme, monthly commission Hours: Full time Mon - Fri 8:00-17:00 Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? They are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and switched on individual to look after their longstanding clients. Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients Acting as the first point of contact for any client queries Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth service Providing valuable insights on industry trends to clients A solid background in customer service is essential to being considered for this role.
