Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Carlisle

We are recruiting for a well established business in Carlisle, who are looking for an experienced builder with minimum of 5 years experience.

The successful candidate MUST have a drivers licence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepping and cleaning the construction areas
• Delivering and distributing supplies
• Assisting workers with equipment
• Helping on small building tasks
• Using heavy machinery appropriately
• Erecting, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding
• Understanding technical drawings
• Soundproofing or waterproofing structures
• Laying pipes
• Supervising contractors as part of a project
• Planning new developments as part of a construction team
• Applying insulation
