Quantity Surveyor

Quantity SurveyorMy client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them to work on a brand new 300+unit, mixed tenure development in Newark-on-Trent. Your role as a Quantity Surveyor is to provide commercial support on projects to ensure that it is obtained, delivered within budget and to the highest quality. Roles and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Preparation, submission and agreement of interim valuations; Subcontractor procurement; Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations; Projecting cost and value to completion; Re-measure and checking of Bills of Quantities; Assessing Subcontractor payment applications; Recording and agreement of contract variations; Agreement of Final Accounts.
