We are looking for experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to join Castell part of Sentric Safety Group. The Manufacturing Projects Manager is responsible for delivering critical projects that safeguard and mitigate risks associated with current machinery's impact on Operations. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing production capacity and operational efficiency. Key duties include evaluating, designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and products to drive continuous improvement. Lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, and manage key manufacturing projects. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver project priorities on time and within budget. Track progress, ensure safety and quality compliance, and prepare project status reports. Identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes, and report challenges. Communicate with upper management to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Manage project resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure success. Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by conducting research and consulting with vendors and operators. Improve manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space, and equipment optimization. Maintain accurate production databases and generate reports by analyzing trends. Work with the Engineering team to provide solutions for manufacturing challenges. Essential: Confidently articulate methodical approach to deliver results and ability to propose new ways to proceed using data/analytics and logic to share with colleagues. BEng/Meng qualified in ideally Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with experience in project management. Experience in assembly and manufacturing process industry and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing. Initial interviews will be conducted via video call with onsite interviews to follow.
