- Would suit an experienced Perm 360 recruiter from their industry sector.
- Track record of candidate attraction to include headhunting & networking to build successful relationships.
- Passionate about recruitment you will need to be sales focused with a commercial approach.
- Solid career history with a track record of success.
- Would suit a consultative, detailed approach to working with excellent communications.
- Would appeal to an experienced recruiter looking for little day to day management but wants to be part of a successful team.

The Role:
- Warm opportunity to work across their industry teams – Digital Marketing, Tech Sales or Digital Media.
- All Consultants will be offered a warm desk with client//jobs to work on right away in addition to a jobs list of 5-10.
- Their approach involves using executive search methodologies including market mapping.
- You will be required to create and build a candidate network.
- Roles are 95% perm opportunities and sit across £80-£150k.
- 70% of their clients include advertising tech or marketing tech clients, the other 30% is B2B tech companies across Fintech, AI, Cyber Security, etc.
- The ability to generate a candidate network using LinkedIn headhunting, their database (Bullhorn) and advertising.
- Working with top industry brands including Yahoo, Warner Bros, Disney, The Telegraph etc.
