• Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of approximately 180 properties
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Oversee property maintenance renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring all SLAs are met.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a full 360 Property Manager role
• Experience of serving S21, S8, S13, S47/48
• ARLA qualification, or working towards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
