This main contractor is rapidly growing and has an annual turnover of circa 700milion. This Principal contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a health care project in Oxford.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:
- Number one on a project circa 60million with Concrete frame structure
- Experience in the Commercial and Life Science sector on projects of a similar value
- Facade experience preferable
- Seen a project through from cradle to grave - from involvement with PCSA, working alongside the design team, ground works through to delivery and handover
- Responsible for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
- Understanding the contract requirements as set out by the tender documentation and understanding the project conditions of the contract
- Lead subcontractor procurement process and appointed in a timely manner
Requirements for the Project Manager role:
- Ideally come from a Degree Qualified background
- Civil Engineering background in desired
- Been a number one on site on projects of a similar value
- Strong on Project Programming and delivery
- Superstar of the future who is actively seeking further career development and progression
