Private Funds Lawyer

We are working with a leading global asset manager to help them recruit an experienced private funds lawyer for their team in London.

The ideal candidate will have between 4-10 PQE and strong alternatives investment funds experience from a leading law firm or an in-house institution.

Experience across either private equity funds, real estate funds, or infra, credit, or hedge funds, etc would be key. The team covers legal work related to fund formation, asset raising as well as supporting the business with ongoing advisory and other asset management issues too.
