Our client is a highly successful, national Advisory firm that is seeing a strong period of growth within their Corporate Finance teams nationally, including Birmingham. They are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Associate Director to assist in this growth.
They are looking for a dynamic qualified Chartered Accountant with a few years post qualified experience in a deals environment, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in the Midlands. You will play a key role leading a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.
You will be experienced in the key aspects of preparation for sale, preparation of financial information, business planning for a PE route; buyer research and pre screening; approaching selected buyers; help assess the bidders; aspects of the legal and completion processes. As a Corporate Finance Associate Director you will help to mentor your team to complete complex and technically demanding assignments.
Also, a key part of the role will be working closely with the Partners on business development, pitching for new deals and generally building networks. Over time you will establish a high market profile for both yourself and the firm.
The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background and will have trained ACA within a large firm, most probably. You will be articulate, a confident communicator and focused on client service. You will want to be part of the long term growth plans with the desire to develop and progress upwards.
