Your new company An industry-leading organisation, committed to innovation and excellence is currently seeking a skilled ResourceLink Consultant to oversee the integration of Employee Central into ResourceLink, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal performance. Your new role Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration of Employee Central with ResourceLink, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Manage the decoupling process from RL to Employee Central, maintaining data integrity. Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Develop and implement integration best practices and documentation. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in system integration, particularly with HR and payroll systems. Strong knowledge of Employee Central and ResourceLink. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
