My client in Newquay are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team at this coastal town Hotel.

My client are seeking an enthusiastic F&B manager who is looking ready to input change throughout the business with the support of the Hotel Management Team.

Responsibilities;

• Overseeing the main Restaurant & Bar
• Ensuring service standards at all times
• Supporting and motivating your F&B team- recruitment and training
• Achieving Bar GP
• Achieving wages budget
• All Health & Safety & Food Safety management

This is a permanent full time position with an annual salary between 27,000 - 28,000 per annum + share of gratuities
