Technical Architect

An award winning global design studio based in Central London are on the look out for a Technical Architect to join their fun and supportive team on an initial contract basis. On offer is the chance to manage UK based projects at mid to technical stages on developer led, high-end housing projects. The studio is synonymous with delivering landmark housing projects across London. This is an outside IR35 role. Job Description Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit Produce design delivery programmes and schedules Liaise with developer and subconsultants Onsite delivery Key Skills ARB qualified or equivalent Revit proficiency is essential Demonstrable experience working within UK housing, mixed use, or commercial projects is desired This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect with enthusiasm in UK housing projects to join a sector leading studio that is growing from strength to strength.
