Title: Finance Business PartnerLocation: LondonSalary: £75-90k, plus bonusMT14289Role:Finatal is supporting a PE-backed professional services business in their search for a Finance Business Partner.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary finance partner to various business units, providing financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.Drive the enhancement of internal financial reporting processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reports that meet the evolving needs of the business.Assist in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans, analysing variances and providing recommendations to senior management.Leverage finance systems to streamline financial reporting and provide advanced analytics and data-driven insights.Work cross-functionally with departments to understand key drivers of performance and ensure alignment between financial and operational goals.Lead or participate in various finance-related projects, as needed, to drive business growth and efficiency.Requirements:ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or equivalentProven experience as a Finance Business Partner within a fast-paced, professional services environment.Proficient in using DataRails and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders and build relationships across all levels of the business.Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver insightful financial reports.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
