Key duties: The first point of contact in end-to-end People operations from onboarding, contracts, benefits and policies through to offboarding Act as the first line of HR advice in alignment with employment law and business processes, escalating to the HR Director as required Maintain systems and HR dashboards and drive greater system efficiency Support and spearhead wider HR projects including revamping policies, building out the performance management and talent development systems. What is the company looking for? 3-5 years’ HR experience essential Demonstrable exposure to operational and generalist People duties Evidence working in a small and growing team Comfortable working in ambiguity CIPD qualification highly desirable Resourceful and solutions-oriented individual Who is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
