Our Client is a boutique consultancy specialising in HR and Finance technology and transformation. They are the largest independent HR and Finance Cloud technology and transformation consultancy in the UK, and their mission is to help you deliver visible benefits to your business and end users. close the gap between your expectations of business transformation and the reality of what gets delivered, whether that is technology, process, or people change.


This is a Sales role focused on selling Transformation services to customers that are SAP Financials customers and are looking to move from their on premise SAP or competitor ERP platforms to a SAP 4/Hana cloud based ERP solution. The key requirement of the role is identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities.

Identifying Prospects:

  • Primary task will be to scout for potential clients who could benefit from SAP S/4HANA transformation services. This involves researching industries, companies, and decision-makers who are likely to be interested in upgrading their systems

Lead Management:

  • Once you’ve identified prospects, you’ll manage them through the sales pipeline which includes getting appointments and initial meetings scheduled
  • Being able to speak to customers confidently and with knowledge via a consultative sales approach is a must
  • Following up on leads: Nurturing relationships and leading the prospect through the sales cycle with Veran Technical professionals to close.

Tracking progress:

  • Monitoring the progress of the opportunity and leading the customer to the end of the sales process.

Skills and Capabilities

One of the key requirements of the role is an understanding SAP S/4HANA:

  • This includes knowing its features and benefits
  • Understanding how it improves business processes and data management.
  • Being aware of its integration capabilities with other systems (such as Hadoop).

Sales Approach

A consultative Sales approach is essential to the role;

  • Understanding the challenges the customer has from moving from one platform to
  • Present the value proposition of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Address any questions or concerns.
  • Influence decision-makers by demonstrating how this transformation can positively impact their business.
  • Whilst you won’t need to be a technical expert, familiarity with ERP Software, Data structures and algorithms, Basic SQL knowledge is important.

Education and Certifications

Relevant degree and Certifications related to SAP, HANA, are advantageous
