Residential Conveyancing Assistant Oxted Full Time £30,000 P.A.Residential Conveyancing AssistantA multi-service Law firm based in Oxted, Surrey is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.The successful Residential Conveyancing Assistant must haves-

• at least 2 years relevant experience
• Acting for a wide range of clients including supporting portfolio management.

• Able to assist with the management of a general residential caseload from initial instruction through to post completion unaided to include sales and purchase, plot sales and acquisitions, lease extensions as well as secured lending matters, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and first registration of title
• The ability to maintain and develop relationships with locate Estate Agents and Financial Advisors and other introducers
