Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing

18 Recruitment is working with a a leading Social Housing Main Contractor to recruit for a Repairs Supervisor for their new contract. Role will be based in clients office in West London. Duties; * To provide day to day, on site supervision of works carried out * Ensuring all contract KPI targets are met * Specifying of void properties * Monitoring progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed standard * Monitoring quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business * Managing / liaising with a team of Supervisors, Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for recruitment retention, training and development of employees * Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard * To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required * Working as an integral team member as well as a mentor and coach to apprentices and colleagues Qualifications/Experience * SSSTS * CSCS card * Reactive maintenance supervisory experience Salary is dependant on experience.
