Role Overview: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the dynamic recruitment industry. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in the construction and infrastructure sectors. You will build relationships with both candidates and clients, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
