Warehouse Team Leader - Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader / Supervisor, for one of our clients based in Yatton. This is a permanent role Mon-Fri on a rotating shift 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. Previous production / manufacturing experience would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided. However, candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, conscientious and take pride in their work. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly. * Monitor employee performance and reports * Prepare and submit shift reports * Managing and organising work load and duties * Induct, train and motivate new employees * Material checks to ensure the right equipment and products are used. * Prepare and schedule work plans Personal Competencies: * Attention to detail * Methodical approach when problem solving * Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative * Team player * Good communication skills both verbal and written If you are interested in the role or would like more information please call Ryan or Stefan on (phone number removed)
