Venn Group are partnered with a leading and forward-thinking East Midlands firm who are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their respected team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment.
As head of the department and an experienced Corporate Lawyer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling businesses, and shareholder agreements.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 3 years PQE
- Experience in a variety of corporate matters
- Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
