Deputy Manager - Care Home ( RGN  / RMN ) Location: Stalybridge Position: Deputy Manager -  Nurse qualified  ( RGN / RMN ) - Care Home Salary: £22.18 - £23.18 per hour £50,747 - £53,035 Hours: Full time, Days. 44 hours Contract type: Permanent As the Deputy Manager you will be making sure the level of care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues. The Care Home is registered for 40 service users, providing general nursing care. The home has good on all areas of their inspection. The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
