The role
- Manage a range of clients managing data and insight projects across analytics, business intelligence, CRM & engagement and sustainability
- Develop profitable and enduring relationships by placing the client, and the client’s business, at the centre of everything we do
- Help define, lead and implement the strategic direction and growth plans of client accounts, aligned to their business strategy and needs
About you
- Solid account management experience within an agency
- Experience in strategic account management / commercial management
- Knowledge and understanding of data analytics and technical capabilities
- Sustainability, retail, banking experience an advantage
