Mechanical estimator

We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to work for a thriving M& E contractor in Poulton le Fylde. This role offers a great opportunity to progress to an Estimating Manager with full support from a friendly team! Benefits * An attractive salary * Career progression * Car allowance * 25 + 5 days holiday plus 1 extra day for each year of employment (up to 5 years) * A dynamic business plan for growth The Role * Work with the bid team to identify & implement bid winning strategies * Prepare each tender accurately & consistently to future proof against risks etc. * Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress against programme * Review estimates and work with the procurement team to prepare subcontract enquiries. * Assess quotations to select the most appropriate. * Ensure clear communication so that that successful bids are handed over to operational team with full, relevant details.
