Reporting to the Head of Creative; you will be an integral part of the team working in close collaboration to ensure all campaigns, communications and marketing deliverables are adequately managed, resourced and delivered on time with the best quality output always a focus. You’ll also support the Graphic Designer artworking digital assets including banners, social media graphics and email graphics. You remain calm under pressure when timings are tight and maintain an outstanding standard of delivery. You will be used to balancing multiple balls at any one time and thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment where no two days are the same.This role is ideal for someone who has a designers eye coupled with extensive marketing experience.About the Job:Working with delivery teams to produce and deliver marketing assets and deliverables in line with the campaign schedule and during the live event.Ensuring all marketing touchpoints are consistent, considered for their channel and adhere to the brand creative and/or tone-of-voice.Understanding the different lead times for different creative mediums to plan resource accordingly, plus the ability to spot and alleviate any problems before they arise.Working with the copywriter to maintain tone of voice and ensure messaging is aligned perfectly with the creative idea.Attending weekly campaigns meetings to update the delivery teams on progress, ensuring any new planned work is organised, assigned and briefs are in with the relevant resource. Gain visibility of what projects are coming down the line and plan accordingly.Supporting the Graphic Designer with artworking digital assets – social media graphics, banners, email graphics.Using creative thinking in all aspects of the role, from contributing fresh ideas in meetings to problem-solving and project management.About you: Proven experience of working within a creative/content capacity, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. Experience of working in medium to large-sized organisations, where everyone is hands-on and where the focus is on getting the job done to a consistently brilliant standard.Good understanding of the specific communication and design requirements for different marketing channels.Possess the ability to adapt tone, messaging and content to different audiences and their behaviour to attract, engage and influence. Copywriting experience is ideal.Passionate about creative and design, with a strong ‘taste’ level.Collaborative, adaptable and flexible – able to deal with ambiguity. Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Proven experience marrying up words with design.Meticulous attention to detail, with impeccable proofreading and grammatical skills.Passionate about creativity, with a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to use the power of visual and words to influence.Exceptional process, project management and organisational skills, ensuring the successful, timely delivery of creative projects involving multiple stakeholders.
