Business Architect

Position: Business Architect (Principal Consultant) Industry Sector: Management Consulting Skills: Business Architect sought by a growing consulting firm to deliver high impact consulting services to clients across a range of sectors. You will leverage your experience in process mapping, customer journey construction and design thinking to support clients looking to improve their processes and efficiency or deliver a new operating model. Key Responsibilities: Leading the development and delivery of business architecture solutions including process mapping, service design and customer journey construction. Providing consulting services to clients to help them transform their business operations and customer experience. Designing and delivering artefacts ensuring alignment Facilitating workshops and engaging in design thinking methodologies. Taking a leadership role on projects. Candidates will have experience in the following: Strong experience in business architecture and delivering business solutions with some time spent in a consulting environment. Strong experience in process mapping, customer journey construction and design thinking. Ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience of developing and delivering key strategic elements and artefacts. This is a fantastic opportunity in a great team and a growing business. The role is home based with some travel to client site for workshops as required.
