Clinical Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering an exemplary pharmacy service in line with current legislation and professional standards.
• Providing advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients for the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.
• Leading, motivating, and managing the pharmacy team with excellent leadership.
• Advising on the safe management of medicines across the hospital.
• Leading quality improvement projects and audits within the pharmacy.
• Promoting a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.

• Ability to share evidence-based practices to enhance service standards.
