Senior Brand Manager

We are collaborating with a high-growth food SME in London that has impressively been disrupting, innovating and captivating a new and mindful consumer with its range of delicious-tasting products. They are looking to hire a senior marketeer who shares their passion to help evolve their award-winning portfolio, with a focus on launching new innovations. This position is a key role within the marketing team, which is central to the entire business. It involves a combination of strategic thinking, cross-functional project management, and creativity.

The Senior Brand Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for:

• Setting the annual brand plan for their product market
• Providing consumer and competitor insights
• Continuous tracking of progress against the brand strategy and reviewing NPD after launch
• Collaborating with the commercial team, managing product quality and improvements, and running cross-functional projects
• Filling the innovation funnel with potential concepts
• Line management of a Brand Manager

The ideal person should have:

• Min 5 years of brand management experience
• FMCG experience, ideally in food or beverages
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional project management
• Strong leadership capabilities as well as line management experience
• The capacity to thrive in a challenging and ever-changing environment with a self-motivating mentality
• A creative flair, resourcefulness, and out-of-the-box thinking

The role is based in their London offices, 3 days per week
