Start: ASAP Salary: £15.43 per hour, actual Salary £ 24,092 per annum Location: St Bernard Lovell School Contract: Part-time, 35 hours per week Term: Term Time Only + 4 INSET days We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Catering Manager to support the development and growth of Zest; the in-housecatering and hospitality servicewithin Futura Learning Partnership School, based at Bitton, Bristol. The ideal candidate will have catering experience within a busy school catering environment. The key skills are that you can ensure a comprehensive and professional food and beverage operation, preparing fresh food and the selling of hot and cold beverages. Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are adhered too and maintained. The successful candidate will be able to effectively deliver a quality product, to pre plan and support a variety of catering requirements for the customers at both schools. The successful candidate would ideally hold a catering qualification and food hygiene certificate. Knowledge of COSHH would be advantageous however training will be provided. This role will suit someone who enjoys interacting with customers front of house and one who is interested in providing a good customer service.
