This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has:
- Successfully worked in a multi-skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer role previously
- Has at least 2-3 years of site-based or field based experience
- Experienced in fault finding, reactive repairs and PPM’s of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Worked in an industrial setting such as factory maintenance, plant equipment, manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience of working on large scale, capital production equipment
- PLC knowledge, specifically Allan Bradley and Siemens S7
- Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams etc.
- Someone who is now looking to push on with their career within an established team and business. A true opportunity to continue to develop, learn and grow in a supportive, mature environment.
This is a maintenance technician position where you will be able to have autonomy, where suitable, but be working within a wider team, who will support you, just as you will be expected to support them.
Daily tasks will include all aspects of maintenance engineering that you would expect such as:
- Fault finding
- Trouble shooting
- PPM’s (planned maintenance)
- Installation works
- Reactive repairs
- Corrective measures
We are looking for a talented multi-skilled maintenance engineer who can add value with their electrical and mechanical knowledge and experience.
The working pattern is 4on, 4off, covering a 24/7 operation.
