Groundworker Manchester Temporary - Permanent £20.50 Umbrella / CIS ph + van and fuel card Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a public sector organisation to recruit for a temporary- permanent Groundworker to work across void and tenanted properties. Responsibilities of the Groundworker includes: Working on social housing properties completing all aspects of groundwork including paving, fencing, slabbing and bricklaying Completing secondary work where required Utilising a PDA Measuring and inspecting repairs, and ordering appropriate materials Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures Maintaining van stockEssential criteria of the Groundworker includes: Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trade (desirable but not essential) Full UK Driving License
